If I never post another word again on Facebook most would never notice nor care. It wouldn’t impact many if any lives outside of mine and that might be improved.
I wouldn’t be exposed to rampant ignorance and stupidity nor ever be responsible for adding to the chaos and divisiveness of the times.
I think about letting go of it all and wonder what purpose it serves and if that is enough.
Those who truly care to stay in touch will find a way and work to hold up their end and those that don’t will obviously let go.
Maybe it is time for silence.
Maybe it is time to shake things up and let go of what doesn’t serve me
The bells that toll will still be heard and perhaps answered in other places.
Maybe it is time for silence so that other things may grow in place of that which is no longer fertile,
Assuming they still can.
