I Caught You Once & I’ll Do It Again & Other Tales

Decided to do a combination of the written and verbal word. My Airpod Pros aren’t a perfect microphone but that is ok, I wasn’t trying for perfection.

This was a test, a chance to do something a little different because sometimes you have to mix it up.

Speaking of mixing it up, the changes at the gym seem to have helped. Got on the bench today and put up more than I have in a long while.

Didn’t max out, but felt pretty good about where I was and have to make some decisions about whether this is enough or I want to go heavier.

Have to remind myself of the importance of vanity and sanity. Sanity says to probably stick where I am at and to work on building out multiple reps.

Curious to see how I feel tomorrow, will I be really sore or will I feel good. More importantly why do I hear myself using an Irish brogue.

I have Irish relatives but haven’t time with them or much with other Irish people lately so it is not like I am immersed in it and that is why it is coming out.

And now, a few words followed by a comment from Ben Franklin.
