Four Letter Words You Avoid

Hanging out with Kathy’s Song, thinking about many things I won’t put on paper…here.

Been quite a week, especially the last couple of days and I find myself wondering how I kept my mouth shut about a few things.

There were a couple of moments that made it clear I am approaching the limits of my willingness to do so. Soon I will have to say my piece and live with whatever consequences may come.

Not complaining about it, just sharing a comment because decisions have to be made. It is neither good nor bad, it is just life.

Some trains can only be ridden so far because the end of the line is a brick wall and they aren’t capable of slowing down, shifting into reverse or adjusting course.

Four Letter Words You Avoid

The headline jumped out at me and if I was a smarter man I would save it for later and use it for a better post.

But I am not and after putting in close to 500 miles in two days I am tired and ready to shut the computer.

Almost didn’t write but I missed doing so last night, though I wrote several posts in my head.

I am very pleased with the success of the past two days because I saw an opportunity and was able to capitalize upon it.

My kids asked what made me suddenly leap at this opportunity and I said I smelled blood in the water.

I was correct.

It took an extra effort to make this happen but I have already seen results and reasonably expect this to save significant amounts of time down.

That is invaluable.

Intermixed in it all I wondered if I have become that ghost you cannot see or if there are some other kind of blinders upon our eyes or fetters upon our feet.

Haven’t decided but found it funny that in this other area I seem to have figured it out again…more or less.

Don’t want to jinx anything but damn if I am not making significant headway. I can feel things going the right way and have this sixth sense about so many things that seem to roll out as I see them in my head.

Whatever comes, I’ll be ready..mostly.
