Confession: I am not thrilled with how this video turned out but I am going to let it roll as is for a couple of reasons.
- The message here is that we need to focus on building through engagement and by trying to be more authentic and less polished.
- If you want to improve at doing anything you need to practice and you need to have a way to measure your progress. This video provides the opportunity to do both.
And now if you will excuse me it is time to go trim my beard.

Power message! People dig my vids because they’re short, punchy and authentic. I keep things personal, and someone noted last week my videos are like 1 on 1 skype chats but in sound byte form. Love it. Keep up the great work dude!
