Maybe You Should Tread Carefully

There was a Heisenberg moment not long ago. Ya know, something that resembled this but without the murderous undertones.

A moment where I had to wonder how someone could be so blind or willfully ignorant about a few things.

Certainly a sign of a ticking clock and a reminder as to why it is ticking. There are limits and lines that ought not to be crossed unless the goal is incentivize me to take particular steps.

Those who know me well ought to recognize once that vein in my forehead appears my good graces are gone.

I have had enough.

If you have that and silence you can virtually guarantee I am done.

Today is a day I’ll gladly say goodbye to and with some good luck and a massive effort I’ll experience a Thursday that is far superior.

Won’t be hard though, the bar isn’t being set particularly high.

Something tells me there is a good chance I’ll have to spell out “maybe you ought to tread lightly” as part of that.

But we’ll see, not sure that I feel like doing that.

I Make Mistakes

Shared that quote with someone and said “I make mistakes” and followed it up with a comment about being willing to be unconventional and confident about taking action and adjusting on the fly.

Don’t think they got it and didn’t feel like there was a need to explain further.

Not every one deserves that and though we often tell people not to expect us to be mind readers there are moments where one doesn’t have to be to see what is happening.

And so we move out into the wild and woolly Internet to find adventure, experiences and places where we can be who we really are and not some facsimile that resembles someone that looks like us, but isn’t.

I hear the horses’ thunder
Down in the valley below,
I’m waiting for the angels of Avalon,
Waiting for the eastern glow.
