A Letter…With Feelings

You must find your voice.

I cannot confirm nor deny having left a message for the administration at my daughter’s school with a voice that had an angry tone.

The passenger to my right said no one would call it unprofessional but no one would call it pleasant or happy either.

Several hours later having seen pictures of an unnecessary assembly where masks were scarce I felt the vein in my forehead start to bulge a bit.

That vein is always a tell that my playful and jovial side has gone on a walkabout and that fire might be shooting out of my nose.

Ok, fire never shoots out of my nose and lasers never from my eyes, but damn that would be cool wouldn’t it.

I’d ever get into trouble because our 2nd amendment fetish would protect me.

You can’t kill anyone by shoving a rusty barbed pole up their ass because that is violent and deserves consequences.

But if you use an AR-15 or a simple handgun you are covered because you are the great American hero who just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Anyhoo…when I realized the vein was popping and my blood pressure was 168/129 I decided to compose a letter…with feelings.

A Different Sort Of Kiss

Now some of you if you were very lucky might experience or have experienced what Brother Pablo is referring to above.

Others might have received a letter…with feelings from me.

Depending on who you are the graphic details in such a letter are probably very different but both may get you hot under the collar for different reasons.

So this most recent letter was written with the architects of the stupidity shown by the educational institutions here.

It was professional and probably something that some people wish they had written.

However I took a minute to think about it because of concern about the impact. Concern that a girl who stole my hair might take some fall out because of it.

That is problematic because the purpose is to try to effect change to protect her and others from the architects of stupidity.

But given certain responses and things I have seen I wondered if there would be consequences. I am prepared to handle consequences but she is not, especially if I am the motivation.

So now I am thinking about whether to send that letter or to wait and see what comes from the voicemail I left.

That is all you get at this joint, there is an additional fare for the other spaces.
